About Marcus Allen:
Marcus Allen was a Heisman Trophy winner and set 12 NCAA records at USC. In 1982 he was drafted by the Oakland Raiders and was named Rookie of the Year. In 1984 Marcus won the Super Bowl XVIII MVP award. He joined the Chiefs as a free agent in 1993 and was named MVP for them in 1993 and 1995. Marcus has been selected All-Pro six times, and voted the Super Bowl's most valuable player, the Kansas City Chiefs' most valuable player, and The Sporting News NFL player of the year. While with the Chiefs, Allen became the first NFL player to gain more than 10,000 yards rushing and 5,000 yards receiving. |
