Lewis Schiff’s "Keynote Plus" Program
Today's markets have taken everyone for a wild ride - but especially marketing & sales groups looking for direction. Professionals are searching for reliable information and specific steps for their teams. But does a simple keynote address at the annual meeting really deliver?
To keep up with the demands of today's marketplace, I'd like to offer a new approach that kicks off with a compelling keynote address and goes on to deliver many months worth of results.
I call it "Keynote Plus." In addition to a keynote address focusing on critical business tactics in troubled times, I've added an ongoing teleconference program that will deliver the following - after the keynote is delivered.
* Provide ongoing "coaching" designed to turn the "big ideas" into action
* Keep the attendees accountable to their personalized results
* Motivate the attendees to achieve their goals all year long
The idea behind Keynote Plus is to enhance the keynote process and bring it to the next level.
What I suggest is that I deliver two strategy tele-conference calls to your attendees after the keynote so that they can take the best ideas from your meetings and turn them into actionable results
DETAILS:
* Two quarterly conference calls, one-hour in length
* Email awareness campaign
* Additional support materials, developed by Lewis Schiff Partners, to be reviewed during each
tele-conference call
SOME OF THE TELE-CONFERENCE "TAKE-AWAYS":
* Help your team maximize their networks to create additional opportunities
* Focus each member on what they do best
* Create a relationship cultivation process that models the most successful people in their field
* Find out how each member can uniquely achieve professional satisfaction while delivering great
results for the firm
