Since 1987, Brian Hilton has portrayed John F. Kennedy, young Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Harry Truman and young George Washington. With accuracy and a passionate intensity, Brian Hilton, conveys historical lessons in an engaging and most memorable manner.
Brian is a scholar of John F. Kennedy's presidency. He is currently under consideration by the Kennedy Center for his portrayal of JFK, a performance bringing rave reviews. He has also given memorable talks on JFK's role in the Civil Rights movement, the Cold War, the U.S. space program, the Bay of Pigs, and the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Brian's passion has always been teaching. His rapport with students has earned him numerous Teacher of the Year Awards. While teaching at St. Johns College High School in Washington, D.C., Brian received local, state and national awards for his teaching abilities. He recently moved to Richmond, VA with his wife Mary Beth, also a high school history teacher.
His facility with audiences comes from thousands of hours portraying such famous names as Theodore Roosevelt, Harry Truman, and Woodrow Wilson. He is frequently requested as a guide at Mount Vernon for visiting dignitaries and members of Congress.
