After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, Jacobs went on to attain her juris doctor degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. To say that she was an apt pupil is an understatement. While in attendance at U of R, Jacobs received praise for earning the highest grade in a string of courses including: Real Property, Contracts, Evidence, Domestic Relations, Commercial Paper and Mortgages and Suretyship. Jacob’s drive and studiousness continued on to her professional career as she later received additional praise for her work in the labor and employment field.

While she lectures extensively on labor and employment related topics, she is still a licensed attorney who practices before federal and state courts and federal agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. A highly active and deeply involved participant of her field, Jacobs proves she is beyond worthy of the “Super Lawyer” title bestowed to her by her colleagues.
